Bikini News Network forecasts use predictions from NOAA’s National Weather Service marine weather forecasts out of the Tampa office valid for the Gulf of Mexico one mile west of Captiva Pass (between North Captiva Island and Cayo Costa). This location is roughly midway between the official zone forecast that runs from Englewood to Bonita Beach, FL. Conditions may vary in your exact location, but they are usually similar. Though our forecasts align with official predictions, our videos are intended to be unofficial entertainment. Sea state predictions only apply to the immediate coasts and beaches of our barrier islands.
